About Us

The mission of Tri City Health Partnership is to provide quality health care in an environment of mutual respect, to members of the community without the ability to pay for services. We promote better life choices through education and preventive care to foster the growth of the whole individual.

For 20 years, we have provided over 37,000 on-site visits to low-income, uninsured residents of Central Kane County. Tri City Health Partnership offers patients a warm, inviting, and mutually respectful environment.

We receive no State or Federal funding, do not bill any insurance agency and never charge patients for any services. We are completely funded by grants and donations from the local community, such as private citizens, townships, trusts and foundations, service clubs, churches, charity groups, and fundraisers. A tight knit staff and a group of more than 120 dedicated volunteers provide care to those in need.
